Study on The Impact of High Percentage of New Energy Access on Grid Stability

This paper investigates the impact of a high proportion of new energy access on the stability of the power grid. The short-circuit current of the grid is analyzed for the new energy units with full power on and without power on, and the impact of the new energy on the short-circuit current of the grid is obtained. For different simultaneous rates of new energy, simulation modeling is carried out for new energy replacement of conventional unit start-up, replacement of thermal unit rotating standby, replacement of regional loads, and the impact of different new energy replacement methods on the transient stability of the power grid, which can provide a reference basis for scheduling decisions.
