Vibration reduction of an uncertain nuclear refueling machine

This paper focus on the vibration suppression of the nuclear refueling machine (NRM) system with parametric uncertainties. Under the original distributed parameter model, an adaptive boundary control strategy is employed to regulate the vibration of the fuel rod and simultaneously drive NRM to the given position. The radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is introduced to approximate the unknown items of control system. Simulations and theoretical Lyapunov stability analysis are carried out to illustrate the feasibility of the designed control strategy.
