Optimization of Cross-Border E-Commerce Cold Chain Logistics Distribution Path under Digital Intelligent AI Technology

In many fields such as transportation, online shopping, and logistics distribution, solving the optimal route for delivery vehicles is a very complex problem. In view of this, this article intends to introduce the theoretical framework of intelligent water droplet algorithm, and take the constrained multi vehicle logistics distribution problem as the research object. The Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) algorithm is used to optimize the Intelligent Water Drop (IWD) algorithm, in order to improve its global optimization ability and convergence rate. The intelligent transportation information cloud constructed using digital intelligent AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology collects vehicle speed data at different time periods and under different road conditions, and constructs a vehicle driving speed model. Genetic algorithm delivery time is 8 days, ant colony algorithm delivery time is 7 days, intelligent water droplet algorithm delivery time is 5 days, and improved intelligent water droplet algorithm delivery time is 4 days. The feasibility of the adopted algorithm was verified through instance simulation.
