With the worsening trend of population aging, the health monitoring of rural empty nesters has become a global issue. In the system application layer, the portable service management subsystem mainly provides customized auxiliary functions for the elderly. The resource layer mainly provides data support for the system. In addition to providing basic data, it also includes a geographic information database to facilitate the application of location information. This article has conducted data interaction processing and stable operation testing on the system and evaluated its health monitoring and warning functions. In the system monitoring test, the number of active states was 7; the number of falling states was 3; the number of alarm states was 2. This method achieved effective monitoring and early warning. The application of the health monitoring and early warning system for rural empty nesters has made elderly care products more widely used, which is conducive to providing better services for empty nesters.
