Research on Improved Sliding Mode Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor based on Predictive Model

When the traditional Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) vector control system is disturbed by the outside world, it is easy to cause violent fluctuation of speed and current. To solve the above problems, an improved Sliding Mode (SMC) control system of Permanent magnet synchronous motor based on predictive control was designed. Firstly, an improved sliding mode speed controller was designed and applied to the speed loop. Secondly, an improved deadbeat predictive current control (DPCC) was designed and applied to the current loop, and a sliding mode disturbance observer was introduced into the feedforward path. Finally, the simulation results in Matlab/simulink show that the improved control system can effectively reduce the overshoot and enhance the anti-interference ability.
