Estimation of Condition Number of Quasi-static Darwin Model

This paper discusses the condition number of the Darwin model through a framework of a nearly singular system of equations, and the explicit expression of the frequency-dependent small singular values, which deteriorate the convergence rate of the iterative solver, is obtained.
