Research on Experiment Methods for Key Electrical Indicators of Megawatt Off-Board Chargers

In order to solve the problem of vacancies in the detection platform of megawatt-level off-board charger, this article proposes a key electrical index experiment method based on a hundred-kilowatt charging platform. Off-board chargers with output power of hundreds of millions and above are often realized by connecting and controlling multiple low-power charging modules. Therefore, this experiment method requires the establishment of a parametric model of the charging module in the megawatt charger, combined with the experimental calibration model of key electrical indicators of the actual charging module; then, an off-board charger is built by connecting and controlling a limited number of charging modules, and combined with The experimental calibration model of the actual charger; finally, the multi-dimensional gray prediction model is used to achieve the indicator prediction of the megawatt-level multi-charging module charger. The effectiveness of the indicator prediction results for the key electrical indicator tests of off-board chargers was verified through the experiment of actual chargers. The results show that this method is simple to implement and cost-controllable. It is an effective method to test key electrical indicators of megawatt chargers through data prediction and experimental verification.
