Optimal Scheduling Control Strategy for Distribution Network Considering Energy Storage of Electric Vehicles

With the development of electric vehicle (EV), its large-scale and disorderly access causes drastic voltage fluctuation in distribution network, coupled with the uncertainty and volatility brought by photovoltaic grid-connection, which further affects the power quality of distribution network. In order to alleviate voltage fluctuations and suppress harmonics, this paper proposes the flexible energy storage of EV to participate in the two-layer scheduling control strategy of the grid. For the upper coordination control layer, the SOC dynamic change model is analyzed by mining the travel characteristics of EV power battery. Under the premise of satisfying the owner's power consumption constraints, grid constraints and battery constraints, the power battery dispatchable capacity model is established and divided into rechargeable clusters and dischargeable battery clusters according to the SOC state. Next, an optimized control strategy based on EV power battery is proposed to dynamically manage the scheduling behavior of each type of cluster. Then, in the lower device control layer, the power factor correction (PFC) control technology strategy for EV power battery-grid bidirectional converter is proposed, considering the harmonic pollution caused by EVs to the grid during the dispatching process. Finally, the effectiveness of the above research content is verified by example simulation.
