Toughness enhancement method for grid reconfiguration integrated with mobile energy storage devices

Distribution network resilience refers to the ability of a distribution network to withstand extreme disasters and restore power as quickly as possible. In this paper, we propose a two-stage distribution network resilience enhancement strategy that considers distribution network reconfiguration and mobile energy storage devices. In the disaster stage, a toughness enhancement model integrating dynamic distribution network reconfiguration and mobile energy storage devices is established, and a particle swarm algorithm optimisation model is constructed. Using distribution network reconfiguration and scheduling of mobile energy storage devices as the resilience enhancement method and minimising the amount of load loss in disaster as the objective, the particle swarm algorithm is used to solve the model, and finally, the feasibility of the proposed optimisation method is demonstrated through the arithmetic case analysis of the improved IEEE 33-node distribution network.
