This article presents the identification of important factors when choosing a concrete manufacturer by the customer using a priori ranking and data presentation in the form of a Pareto diagram. As well as the construction of a mathematical model of excellent quality to predict the amount of concrete produced for the next year using multidimensional correlation and regression analysis.
