Supply Chain Collaboration & Financial Performance – Moroccan Automotive Industry

In this study of the automotive industry in Morocco, we investigate the impact of supply chain collaboration on companies' financial performance, whether they are manufacturers or First-Rate Equipment Suppliers. Our empirical research, that was conducted in five major Moroccan automotive hubs, reveals a significant positive correlation between supply chain collaboration (SCC) and financial performance (FP). Key factors such as mutual Trust (TR), Joint Relationship Efforts (JRE), and Goal Congruence (GC) are identified as positive contributors. Thus, collaborative supply chain emerges as a crucial strategic lever to enhance the financial performance of automotive companies in Morocco.
