Research on Bidirectional Wireless Charging System for Electric Vehicles Based on H∞ Robust Control

The performance of bidirectional wireless power transmission (BWPT) systems, based on inductive power transmission (IPT) technology, is significantly affected by coil misalignment and load changes. In this paper, we employ an H∞ robust control strategy. Initially, we establish the nominal Generalized State Space Averaging model and an uncertainty model for the system. Subsequently, a robust controller is crafted utilizing a robust control algorithm. Finally, the RSRP are verified by the structural singular value. Simulation results demonstrate that the designed robust controller can maintain stable bidirectional output under conditions of substantial load variations and Coil offset.
