Adaptive Fuzzy Sliding Mode Based Current Control for PMSM Servo Drive Systems

Traditional current control methods for permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) systems are influenced by parameter uncertainties, which significantly limit the enhancement of current tracking performance. To address this issue, a current control strategy incorporating an adaptive fuzzy sliding mode is proposed. The strategy involves approximating the unknown PMSM model using an adaptive fuzzy system that encompasses both singleton and non-singleton fuzzy models. Simulation results indicate that, compared to conventional methods, the proposed strategy offers superior decoupling capabilities for current tracking and reduced sensitivity to variations in uncertain parameters.
