Investigating Employee Sustainability through Analysis of Retention Policies in Selected IT Companies 4.0 and the Role of AI

This paper investigates the employee sustainability in the Information Technology (IT) sector, with focusing on direct role of retention policies, and mediating role of job satisfaction and employee engagement. For this purpose, a total 404 responses were collected through questionnaire survey using stratified random sampling, ensuring a comprehensive picture of the selected IT industries. At first, the reliability analysis confirms to the questionnaire's validity. Findings from multiple linear regression and mediation analysis highlight a significant correlation between retention policies and employee sustainability, with job satisfaction and employee engagement emerging as key mediators. Notably, the one-way ANOVA analysis reveals industry-wide consistency in employee perceptions across selected IT companies. The research offers practical insights for human resource management, emphasizing the need for holistic retention strategies to enhance sustained employee well-being. These findings contribute valuable perspectives to the dynamic landscape of human resource practices in the ever-evolving IT sector and the core reasons can be analyzed by applying Machine Learning Algorithms for statistical conclusions.
