Biometric Door Access System Using Arduino

Security is an issue of concern in homes and also in offices, shops, etc. People have a fear of unauthorized person entering the house or office without the knowledge. The normal door can be fitted with cinches which can be broken with the use of an alternate key. Alternatives to this can be set up like the word or pattern system in the cinches which again has the possibility of getting exposed and opening the cinch. So, a result to similar problems can be by combining door cinch with biometrics. One or more identifiable natural features can be evaluated as part of biometric verification to establish a person's unique connection. Signatures, voice swells, DNA, hand prints, earlobe prints, retina and iris patterns, and fingerprints are examples of distinctive identifiers. Next the use point for biometric verification as it's one similar thing which is unique to every existent and the use of point as the key to door cinches can overcome the security problem of unauthorized people trespassing on the homes, shops, services, etc. to a great extent as duplicacy in similar key isn't possible. Also, this system won't lead to problems like losing keys because do not bear carrying keys if this system is used rather than traditional cinches. So, Arduino is being used to apply the system with features that will increase the security position.
