Design of a High-Power, High-Selectivity, Multi-Coupling Microwave Module

Filter, power divider and coupler are important components in RF and microwave systems. Based on the theory of filter, Wilkinson power divider and coupler, a high power and high selectivity multi-coupling microwave module is proposed. The microwave module is fed to the power divider by a sixth-order double cross-coupling dielectric filter, and finally three output signals are generated through the coupler. The material of the microwave module is alumina to realize the high-power application scene. The working frequency of the filter is 3.4GHz-3.6GHz, the insertion loss in the passband is below -18dB, and the distribution loss of the 1-divide-2 power diviter is -4.21dB and - 5.28dB, respectively. The isolation is below -25dB, and finally the power signals of -8dB, -12dB, and -16dB are generated through the three-way coupler. The performance requirement of filter power division coupling is achieved.
