Three-Dimensional Ultra-Wideband and Wide-Angle Metamaterial Absorber

An ultra-wideband and wide-angle metamaterial absorber is presented in this artical, which cantains ten pairs of dielectric-metal stacked structures (DMSS) and four cross placed PET-carbon film-PET (PCP).The former of which give rise to absorption at low frequencies while the latter of which contribute to medium and high frequency absorption. More than 90% absorption from 0.01 to 60 GHz can be achieved with the proposed metamaterial absorber under oblique incidence of TE-polarization within 50 degrees and TM-polarization within 60 degrees, respectively.
