Polarization Selection Metasurface for Circularly Polarized Waves

In this paper, a metasurface (MS) is proposed, which has the function of circularly polarized (CP) wave polarization selection. It can cause an anomalous reflection of left-hand circularly polarized (LCP) wave at 15 GHz, while allow the right-hand circularly polarized (RCP) wave to propagate along the original direction. The simulated results show that the highly directional beam can be obtained at the radiation angle of
$(\theta_{0},\ \varphi_{0}) =(30^{\circ}, 300^{\circ})$
by using the LCP reflection phase modulation to realize the beam deflection.
