Control Strategies for Resonance Linear Motor Test Bench

This paper explores control strategies for resonance linear motor test benches, with a focus on optimizing the response of the system under various conditions. The test bench comprises a linear motor inducing controlled harmonic motion in a slider connected to a spring-fixed system, emulating critical resonance conditions. Additionally, a second linear motor is integrated to impose a controllable load on the slider. The investigation delves into two distinct methods: the Position Synchronized Method and the Force Synchronized Method. The research contributes valuable insights into control strategies for load-emulating linear motors, offering a promising avenue for practical implementation in resonance linear motor test bench. The investigation is exclusively conducted using a simulation model within Matlab Simulink, providing a comprehensive and insightful analysis.
