Treatment of Abdominal Wall Abscess using a Recurrent Neural Network with Controlled Elements

The paper discusses a method of treating abdominal wall abscess in patients using neural networks for various purposes. A review of available treatment methods and an analysis of the applicability of the neural network approach in the treatment of abscesses in general surgery are provided. The use of neural network methods in the treatment of abscesses of the abdominal cavity and wall is considered. The problem is identified in the accuracy of diagnosis and the speed of making the primary diagnosis. A solution based on the use of a recurrent neural network with controlled elements is proposed. Effectiveness in treatment has been proven, thanks to an increase in the accuracy of identifying images of painful conditions by 21.52%. This method of primary diagnosis can be used to solve a wide range of problems solved by various specialists: a general practitioner and a specialist in certain diseases.
