Integrated Circuits of RF Front-End with Antenna for Millimeter-Wave Receiver

This article presents millimeter-wave integrated on-chip antenna with bandpass filter, double balanced mixer and low noise amplifier are fabricated with tsmc CMOS technology. The on-chip dipole with balun of the antenna adopts via-hole structure and SIR pseudo-interdigital bandpass filter utilizes. The proposed integrated on-chip antenna-bandpass filter and low noise amplifier can be very useful for the millimeter-wave integrated design of the 60-GHz CMOS radio-frequency receiver.
