Research on Two-Stage Optimal Dispatching of Active Distribution Network

A large scale increase in the energy share of new energy in active distribution networks can reduce the economy and reliability of active distribution networks. In this paper, we construct a day-ahead-intra-day dispatching model of active distribution network by adding dispatchable loads such as electric vehicles and energy storage devices, and reactive power regulation devices such as capacitor banks, static reactive power compensation and on-load regulating transformers in the IEEE 33-node distribution network. In the day-ahead stage, the comprehensive operation cost is the optimization target. In the intra-day rolling optimization scheduling stage, voltage stability, network loss and new energy utilization are the optimization targets. In the intra-day dispatch, the new energy consumption rate is reduced by 0.53%, and the maximum value of voltage offset at each node is reduced from 0.0600 to 0.0253, with lower voltage offset and higher new energy utilization. It shows that the proposed two-stage scheduling model has excellent practical significance.
