Application and Innovation of Automated Vision System in Intelligent Assembly of Aircraft Panels

With the rapid development of computer technology and automation control, the demand for the application of intelligent manufacturing systems in aircraft panels is also increasing. The traditional assembly method of mechanical parts can no longer meet the requirements of modern production. Therefore, it is necessary to study a solution that can replace manual labor to complete complex work tasks, reduce cost expenditures, and reduce labor intensity. Based on the background, this article proposes a design idea to use a digital visual servo integrated system to achieve automatic clamping and positioning functions of the drone body and aircraft panels. At the same time, the application value of this design scheme in aircraft structure was also analyzed. The introduction of this design scheme will greatly improve production efficiency, reduce human resource consumption, and ensure the accuracy and stability of assembly. The system's availability index is between 98% -99%.
