Evaluation on English Video Learning System Based on 5G Technology and Neural Network

Due to historical reasons, English has become the most widely used language in the world, and its high popularity has made it the most widely learned second language. The video learning proposed in this article is a good way to learn English. However, the content of video learning is still too broad, so this article has decided to establish an English video learning system based on 5G technology and neural networks to improve students’ learning patterns. The core idea is to use 5G technology to establish a huge resource library, and use neural networks to analyze students’ behavioral characteristics, in order to promptly correct incorrect behaviors.
