Solar panel systems will have an uncertain output power. It depends on the intensity of sunlight and insufficient water pumping power. Therefore, the system has a generator to compensate for the power from the solar panel system. At the same time, the operation of the engine depends on the energy stored in the batteries, since most of this energy is needed for pumping water for agriculture. An optimized fuzzy inference system diagram is used to forecast time series of solar radiation values. A metaheuristic algorithm is used to determine the appropriate membership function and rules for the fuzzy inference tree.
