Enhancing Industry 5.0 Resilience among Management Professionals through Technical Competency and Organizational leadership

The dawn of Industry 5.0 and the ongoing digital revolution have shepherded a paradigm shift, disrupting the established global systems and heralding the rise of new careers and management approaches. A central aspect of this transformation is the continuous change, making the resilience of management professionals a critical factor for the success of companies. This descriptive research systematically examines how Technical Competency and organizational leadership contribute to nurturing their resilience. The responses from 345 management professionals collected through structured questionnaires and conducted an analysis. The results indicate a positive correlation between professionals’ resilience and their levels of Technical Competency and organizational leadership. Organizational leadership plays a positive mediating role in enhancing resilience. Interestingly, factors such as age, gender, and specialization have minimal influence on resilience. The ability to adapt and thrive amid rapid technological shifts underscores the high demand for Transformative Resilience skills in effective management.
