Design and Analysis of Parasitically Coupled DRA using Parametric Analysis for High Gain Using Aperture Coupling

A dielectric resonator is indeed a piece of dielectric material, often made of ceramics or other suitable materials, that is used as a resonator for microwave frequency bands. The dielectric resonator provides higher efficiency, absence of surface waves and are also compatible. The antenna consists of one input feed line and five rectangular dielectric resonator units, and the power is coupled to these units through aperture coupling using novel microstrip lines. The gap between each dielectric resonators 4.75mm for getting the high bandwidth and gain. We are using the aperture coupling feeding technique in the antenna. Aperture-coupled fed DRAs offer key advantages like Integration with MMICs, lower ohmic losses, improved isolation from the feed network. MMICs or Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits, are essential semiconductor components in microwave technology. These comp act circuits perform crucial tasks like signal amplification, processing, and beamforming. Parasitically coupled DRAs optimize performance by utilizing nearby parasitic elements without direct electrical links. Strategic adjustments in parasitic element position and size tailor radiation patterns, impedance and gain.
