Combined Optimization Desigon of Coupling Mechanism of HWPT System Based On Multi-Physical Domain

Hybrid Wireless Power Transfer (HWPT) can effectively utilise the respective advantages of electric-field coupled and magnetic-field coupled systems, and has received attention and research from scholars in various countries in recent years. This paper is based on a new bilateral CL-compensated HWPT system, considering the edge effect of the capacitive coupler and the temperature effect of the inductive coupler of the system, and analyses the multi-physical domains of electric field, magnetic field and temperature field of the system using Ansys Workbench and Maxwell. And the combination of optimised design of the coupler structure of the HWPT system is further realised through technical measures such as the addition of equipotential protection ring plate, heat pipe heat sink and optimisation of the coupling coil parameters, in order to improve the transfer power and transfer distance of this system, which provides a feasible strategy for the optimised design of the HWPT system.
