A Systems Engineering Approach to Changing Workplace Culture

Efforts to change workplace culture are as challenging as ever. Despite groundbreaking work over the past twenty years, little progress has been made in achieving better outcomes for change management efforts. This paper demonstrates that Change Management has many similarities to the Systems Engineering discipline, and as such, can be improved using Systems Engineering concepts, tools, and thought frameworks. This paper then presents thought frameworks and tools for driving discipline and repeatability into Organizational Change Management.
