GUI Implementation of Logic Built in Self-Test[LBIST]

A structural test technique known as "built-in self-test," or BIST, involves adding logic to an IC so that it can periodically test its own functionality. Memory BIST and logic BIST are the two main varieties. Memory BIST, also known as MBIST, creates patterns in memory that are then read to record any flaws. Additionally, memory BIST has redundancy and repair capabilities. Every die in this technology has an extra circuit. When a circuit malfunctions, it is disconnected and replaced with a working one. To find known good memory stacks for 2.5D/3D devices, Memory BIST is also utilized. A pseudorandom pattern generator is used by Logic BIST, also known as LBIST, to generate input patterns that are fed into internal scan chains. A signature is created by compressing the outcomes.
