Research on the Application of Information Systems in Data Security Management

Entering the new information age, information systems (IS) are widely used in people's production and life. IS is recognized as an important symbol of enterprise modernization construction in the new era, and is also a necessary form of optimizing the overall management mode of enterprises. While people are using IS, issues related to IS management and network data security also arise. With more and more enterprises conducting business based on the network, they are facing new challenges in various aspects such as data security, network security, and system security. IS relies on the network environment to operate normally, so to reduce operational risks, it is necessary to establish a security guarantee system to fundamentally ensure the security and integrity of enterprise data. Based on this, this article establishes an IS system based on data mining (DM) technology. The application of the system can comprehensively improve the level of enterprise data resource security management, achieve a security management platform from data resource usage, data resource application approval, and data resource summary statistics, to achieve secure sharing of enterprise data resources. The simulation results show that the system designed in this article meets the expectations and meets the security management needs of enterprise data resources.
