Cloud-Chain Fusion Certificateless Authentication Scheme for Secure Distribution of Airborne Software

With the continuous increase in the number of civil aviation airborne software, the traditional airborne software distribution method has problems such as high cost, low efficiency, and poor security. Combining cloud storage with airborne software can improve the distribution efficiency of airborne software. However, as a third party, the trust of cloud storage cannot be guaranteed. To address the potential issues of malicious damage and illegal access to airborne software cloud storage, we proposed an architecture model based on cloud-chain fusion and designed an identity authentication mechanism for airborne software security distribution. Moreover, we designed an efficient certificateless signature scheme, which reduces the risk of a single point of failure by using smart contracts instead of traditional KGC to generate partial public and private key. And we optimized algorithm to reduce the verification cost during the authentication mechanism. Our signature scheme was demonstrated in terms of the security and efficiency through simulation and security analysis of Type I and Type II adversaries. Through Comparison with existing studies, it can be found that the proposed scheme has reduced by around 95.6% at most in computational overhead and has reduced by around 25% at most in communication overhead.
