Dynamic Channel Utilization Algorithm Based on Space Division Factor for massive MIMO System

With the development of the 5th generation mobile communication technology (5G) system, massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology has been applied widely. Therefore, the space division multiplexing has enhanced significantly which caused the increase of 5G network capacity. The existing evaluation algorithm ignored the influence of space domain. It is particularly important to propose a feasible channel utilization algorithm for the 5G network. In this paper, we propose a dynamic channel utilization algorithm based on space division factor for massive MIMO system and we compare the channel utilization calculated by dynamic algorithms with the space division factor Alpha and the original one. The results show that the dynamic channel utilization algorithm can improve the accuracy of the 5G network load and support the capacity expansion of the 5G network.
