A Dynamic Planning Algorithm for Talent System based on Enterprise Big Data

In enterprise management, human resources, as a key element, have an important impact on the development and competitiveness of enterprises. However, the traditional human resource management model can no longer meet the increasingly complex and changeable needs of enterprises. Therefore, the introduction and development of human resource management models and methods based on big data is a current research hotspot. Based on big data analysis and big data technology, a dynamic planning model suitable for enterprise human resources system is constructed. The results show that the dynamic planning model of enterprise human resources system based on big data can help enterprises predict manpower demand more accurately, allocate human resources reasonably, and improve employee performance and organizational efficiency between 94% and 97%. The application of this model can effectively improve the human resource management efficiency and decision-making ability of enterprises, thereby enhancing the competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises.
