Study of Structural Response Under Transport Conditions of Large-Span Pre-Assembled Busbar

In this study, the 110kV modular substation large-span GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) pre-assembled busbar is taken as the object of study, and its structural integrity is evaluated and predicted under the action of vibration impact loads during the overall transport process. The study adopts the random vibration time-domain finite element analysis method to construct the numerical analysis model of the pre-assembled busbar and its related supporting and restraining structures, and analyses the static and dynamic characteristics of the overall structure by considering the dynamic pulsating loads of the vehicle running on the low-grade road surface. The stress-strain distribution law of the pre-assembled busbar is obtained through the analysis, and the applicability of the random vibration time-domain analysis method and the spectrum analysis method is evaluated. On this basis, an analytical scheme that can accurately assess the structural response of the transport structure is proposed to provide strong support for the development of this type of device.
