Research and Design of a New Generation Intelligent Monitoring System for Subway Power Supply

In response to the low level of intelligence, harsh operating environment, and high failure rate of the existing subway power supply system (SPSS), this article proposes a new generation of subway power supply intelligent monitoring system design scheme. By real-time monitoring the operation of key components such as IGBT and aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the SPSS, and collecting relevant real-time operation data, the health status of the intelligent monitoring system is monitored; The system automatically studies and analyzes real-time data collected, calculates the remaining service life of relevant components of the SPSS based on relevant mathematical models, and promptly alerts the system of abnormal situations. According to the design scheme, a corresponding prototype has been developed. The operation of the prototype can correctly display the operation status and remaining service life of key components of the SPSS, and can real-time grasp the health status of the SPSS, thereby improving the maintenance and repair efficiency of the system, reducing maintenance and repair costs, ensuring the stability and reliability of the subway power supply, and achieving the expected goals.
