Superposition Partition

A partition is a grouping of a set's elements such that each element is present in exactly one subset. Partitions are found in the solutions to many problems in computer science and otherwise. Being able to create a useful partition in quantum computing will allow some of the classical algorithms to these problems to be transferred to quantum algorithms. This paper introduces a method of creating a useful quantum subroutine that can be used to solve problems.
