Research of Reliability Failure Prediction Method for Civil Aircraft

Reliability of civil aircraft is one of the most concerned indicators by the industry, airlines and the public.Based on the current state and development trend of the aircraft system or equipment, the fault prediction can be carried out to predict the equipment that is about to break down, so the maintenance and aviation material standby work can be carried out in a planned way, so as to reduce the cost and waste and improve the reliability and economy of civil aircraft. In this paper, the research status of reliability fault prediction at home and abroad is analyzed, and the key factors affecting the reliability of airborne equipment are analyzed in combination with the actual engineering needs of the model development, so as to serve as the judgment basis for the potential failure of the analysis equipment. In addition, the reliability failure prediction modeling is developed based on the grey system theory.
