Function for Optimization Parameters of Power Engineering Objects

The technical and economic function, that is, the total equipment ownership cost, has a direct impact on the efficiency of equipment use. In many cases, it plays a decisive role in the direct conscious selection of a standard series equipment model to solve the required problems. This paper considers a method for evaluating the equipment ownership cost on the example of a power industry machine during its entire service life from the moment of its purchase, delivery and installation, during direct operation, maintenance and repair, downtime and until the end of its operation. The efficiency of using power industry machine for mechanical engineering and special equipment products has been improved by optimizing the control of the values of the parameters of the types, the serial number of their release at the stage of automated design preparation of production, reducing the number of changeovers of production equipment, significantly reducing the time required to develop reasonable technical specifications for the production of new equipment.
