In addition, active lifestyles contribute to physical and psychological well-being. Regular physical activity strengthens the body, increases energy and reduces stress. Continuous monitoring, in turn, ensures awareness and self-awareness, helping each person to make more informed decisions about their health. The inventive wearable device prototype enables users to dynamically obtain information about the heart rate and motor activity in order to determine the type of stress - physical or emotional. The development of such monitoring systems of the state of the body is a key point in modern research in the field of health, allowing to increase the life expectancy and quality of life of the person.
