In the era of advanced technology, students as well as teachers are more demanding innovative university campus life. Technologies like IoT and Cloud computing can provide solutions for smart and a sustainable campus toupgrade manual/traditional methods and improve the efficiency of everyday activities in the Institution. For example, automated attendance system used to track students who are not regular or skip theirclasses, send alerts to parents and students helps to concentrate academic work regularly and it also reduces the stress of parents. It also monitors the COVID-19 Protocol. Hence, the purpose of the paper is to introduce a system of automation to monitor various activities in a classroom and to keep a track of the activities hence making it globally accessible using IoT and cloud features so that any responsible authority can access the data for meaningful insight.
