Characteristics of Cobalt Ferrite Nanoparticles for Supercapacitor Applications

In this paper, we synthesize and characterize cobalt ferrite (CoFe
2
O
4
) nanoparticles via the Hydrothermal method. The material's structure, morphology, dielectric, and electrical responses were examined. Annealing at temperatures (800 °C, 900 °C, 1000 °C) influenced dielectric properties, impacting electro transport due to semiconductor behavior. As calcination temperature increased, resistance decreased. This study offers insights into cobalt ferrite nanoparticle synthesis, characterization, and electrical properties, with implications for energy storage super-capacitor applications.
