Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of FN-HR Neural Network Based on Synapse Coupling of Bistable Memristor

A hyperbolic bistable memristor model with asymmetric hysteresis loops in different initial states is designed. A memristor synaptic coupled FN-HR neural network is constructed by using the Fitzhugh-Nagumo model and the Hindmarsh-Rose model. The complex dynamic characteristics of the memristor coupling neuron is verified by analyzing the Lyapunov exponent diagram and bifurcation diagram and the equivalent circuit of coupled neural network is designed to prove the accuracy of the numerical analysis.
