Formation and Tuning of Frequency Comb-Like Signal in Photonic Crystal Coupled-Cavities Waveguides

We consider two-dimensional photonic crystal waveguide with coupled cavity system in the waveguide channel for the purpose of frequency comb-like signal formation in the optical communication wavelengths. Coupled cavity system configuration change is numerically investigated for tuning of output signal. Comb-like signal bandwidth and frequency shift varying are shown for different configurations of the waveguide channel.
