Efficiency Augmentation Using SASTS and DASTS Under Instantly Varying Climatic Conditions

The Solar power generation stands as an immense, abundant, invaluable, and environmentally friendly non-conventional energy source. Given these remarkable attributes, the global community is actively engaged in seeking the most efficient and effective approaches for harnessing solar energy. A result of these endeavors is the advancement of stellar tracking systems, which optimize energy extraction through more sophisticated means. This study provides a concise overview of diverse stellar tracking mechanisms, with particular emphasis on lone-tracking and two-fold tracking systems The primary objective of this research is to compare and analyze three distinct methods of stellar tracking static, lone-axis, and two-fold axis, ultimately determining their suitability, effectiveness, and cost-efficiency across varying applications. The study involves assessing the incident stellar energy received by a stellar photovoltaic array of equivalent dimensions for each of the three methods over a defined period. Initially, energy generation is observed without the use of tracking systems, followed by experimentation with the entire setup incorporating tracking technology. The findings of the study reveal substantial disparities between the outputs obtained through the two approaches. This compellingly underscores the advantages of employing stellar tracking systems in enhancing energy generation.
