Exploration of ML Paradigms in Devising an IPS

In this research, we are going to study machine learning techniques in the defense sector for intrusion detection. An intrusion prevention system (IPS) is a mechanism for security management that notifies a network managing the system of malicious activity and also attempts to safeguard it. Machine learning is the study of understanding and developing learning methods on its own using the information to optimize performance on a set of tasks. It is classified as a segment of artificial intelligence.
