H-Infinity Control of Network T-S Fuzzy System for Multi-Area Power Systems Under Deception Attack

The problem of Load Frequency Control (LFC) is investigated in this paper, and a new event-triggered scheme for T-S fuzzy control with deception attacks is proposed in multi-area power systems. First, the load frequency control system being considered is represented using the T-S fuzzy model. Second, the event triggering mechanism is taken into account to realize effective utilization of network bandwidth resources. In addition, a random variable satisfying Bernoulli stochastic binary distribution is used to describe the effects of random network attacks. Based on this model, the main results for ensuring the asymptotic stability of systems were established using Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality techniques. Under sufficient conditions for derivation, the controller gain is given. Lastly, the feasibility of the designed controller was validates through a simulation example.
