Direct Lift Backstepping Carrier Control Based on Prescribed Performance

A direct lift carrier landing controller is designed by combining prescribed performance with backstepping control. On the basis of the traditional backstepping control method, the comand amplitude limit and rate limiting of each loop is considered, and the compensation tracking error is analyzed by introducing a compensation system, and the prescribed performance method is used to improve the error's convergence ability. The designed carrier landing control can achieve decoupling of flight path, angle of attack, and speed in three channels. The pilot has little control burden, and can quickly correct glide slope errors, and the ship wake disturbance is suppressed well. Throughout the entire process, the angle of attack and velocity can be well maintained.
