As the torque actuator in the satellite attitude control system, the life of the micro flywheel is an important part in the working life of the satellite. Therefore, before the micro flywheel product is put into use, it is necessary to conduct factory testing on the performance and reliability of the complete micro flywheel machine. In order to solve the problems of a wide variety of flywheel product models, complex test procedures and high professional requirements for experimental operators, this article introduces a set of universal flywheels with strong versatility, high degree of automation, high test accuracy and simple operation. Automated testing platform. The platform adopts C/S (Client/Server) architecture to implement six-channel parallel testing, and is based on imx6ull and Qt (Qt Creator) software for software and hardware design and development. The hardware part integrates self-developed circuit modules and high-precision devices and adopts modular design to facilitate maintenance and expansion; the software part is based on object-oriented thinking to complete the research and development of the device interaction layer, human-computer interaction layer, business logic layer and data processing layer. The final developed test platform has been verified by experiments, and its function is perfect. It can be compatible with multi-type flywheel test. The test system has high stability, and the test accuracy and efficiency can meet the requirements.
