Measure of Well-Being of Freelancers in it Sector

Freelancers contribute significantly to the expansion of the economy and businesses within the “gig economy.” The ongoing research aims to assess the level of job satisfaction among IT contractors and workers by conducting surveys. A cross-sectional survey questionnaire is utilized to assess various dimensions of individuals' happiness. The scales' validity and reliability were demonstrated before conducting a oneway ANOVA to predict the life satisfaction of freelancers and IT employees. The findings have the potential to provide valuable insights into the gig economy as a whole.
